Automating Responses to Comments on Your Instagram Posts (Autoresponder)

Step-by-Step Directions

1. Ensure that your Facebook and Instagram accounts are integrated with GoalGetters. (Hint: You can do this by going to Settings > Integrations and checking that the Facebook & Instagram icons are in color). 
2. Go to the "Automations" section and locate the "🪄AutoResponders" folder.
3. Click on the "🪄Instagram Comment Automation Template" template.
4. Skip to 1:11 in the video to review the example post and its comments to understand the desired workflow.
5. Start building the automation workflow by adding a trigger.
6. Set the trigger to activate when someone comments on a post.
7. Add filters to specify the Instagram page, post type, and keyword.
8. Choose between "contains phrase" or "exact match phrase" for the keyword filter.
9. Decide whether to track first-level comments only or all comments.
10. Add the action to respond to comments with various pre-written messages.
11. Save the action and proceed to the interactive messenger step.
12. Use the provided template or create a custom message for the DM response.
13. Customize the message with the title of your free song.
14. Optionally, add buttons or images to enhance the DM response.
15. Save the actions and ensure that the workflow is published.
16. Confirm that all steps are saved by checking for the absence of a green pulse.
17. Test the automation by commenting on a post with the specified keyword.
18. Verify that the automation triggers and responds as expected.
19. Save any changes and publish the workflow to ensure proper execution.
