Connecting Stripe for Credit Card Payments
When you connect Stripe, you're able to accept credit card payments as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay. Stripe is essential if you are looking to sell recurring products (like a monthly membership) or offer payment plans.
Step-by-Step Directions
- From your GoalGetters dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- From the integrations section, locate the Stripe option.
- Click on "Connect" to initiate the connection process.
- A separate window will open, redirecting to the Stripe website.
- Select the Stripe account you wish to connect to the software.
- If you don't have a Stripe account, refer to the video on how to create one.
- Once logged in, the Stripe live mode and test mode will be enabled.
- Toggle on the option to accept Apple Pay if desired.
- Confirm the connection by clicking "Yes".
- Go back to the funnels section and open the desired funnel.
- Navigate to the order form section of the funnel. Ensure that there is at least one product connected to that step of the funnel.
- View the page to confirm the presence of the PayPal button.
- Notice that there is also an area to accept credit card payments, which is confirmation that your Stripe has successfully integrated!
