Connecting Facebook and Instagram to Use GoalGetters as an Autoresponder
This article will show you the one-time setup needed so that you can start using the Autoresponder feature.
Step-by-Step Directions

- From Your GoalGetters dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations
- Look to where you see the logos for Facebook and Instagram
- Click on "connect" to set up the integration
- Note: Facebook business account must be connected to link Instagram
- Multiple accounts can be connected, but select the main one to be used
- Successful integration confirmation
- Once connected, the accounts will be in color
- This indicates that the Facebook and Instagram accounts have been successfully integrated
Note: Integration with the Meta Business Suite is possible
- This allows for Facebook ad account integration and other features like form fields mapping and pixel integration for tracking data through the GoalGetter system
Also note: When Facebook & Instagram is integrated, not only will you be able to start using the autoresponder workflow, but your inboxes are synced so you can receive and respond to messages from your Facebook and Instagram DMs.
